$110,000 Settlement for a 35 Year Old Man Injured in a Slip and Fall Accident
In 2010, a thirty-five year old Southington man sustained a severe sprain to her his ankle when he was caused to slip and fall on snow that was located on steps of an apartment building in Meriden, Connecticut. As a result of the injuries, he had to undergo extensive treatment on his left ankle including manipulation under anesthesia. Suit was instituted against the owner and property manager for the subject premises. The case settled shortly before trial for the sum of $110,000.00.
